The aim of the Learning Objects (Series 7) Trials project is to understand how teachers/trainers are accessing and using the Series 7 learning objects with learners with support from designated Toolbox Champions. The project will provide valuable feedback and recommendations to inform future learning objects development and support initiatives to improve the successful uptake and usage of learning objects by training organisations.

RTOs selected for participation in the trial will be required to use learning objects from Toolbox Series 7 specified (see EOI) in an educational program for a group of learners within their organisations. These learning objects are to be downloaded via a repository. Designated Toolbox Champions will provide support including a basic level of technical support in the implementation and delivery of the training program.

The RTOs will also need to work with an external researcher to allow for relevant data to be collected for this project. This will involve contact with teachers/trainers, RTO managers, technical staff and learners undertaking the training.
