Description
Managing a food safety audit involves verifying and validating food safety programs according to specific audit criteria, including food safety standards and client requirements.
The Food Safety Auditor Toolbox is a scenario-based learning resource containing tasks, activities and resources designed to support the units of competency required to effectively plan and conduct an audit and consolidate the outcomes.
Tasks involve researching, checking standards, assessing capabilities and developing a plan for an audit; conducting meetings, reviewing documents and reviewing practices; analysing findings and reporting.
