Description

This Toolbox develops the skills of corrections staff who manage and supervise offenders with complex needs in the context of case management and risk management principles. Learners are provided with resources which they can access through their computers and their organisation’s intranet. This will allow them to have access to training which is self-directed, flexible in time and content and suited to assessment for national qualifications.

This learning program can be customised for local content and currency and can be used by training units as a template for new courses. This learning program can be used by training units as the basis of staff development for trainers and supervisors in supporting computer based learning, and in developing new products.
