The Virtual Realty Toolbox offers a stimulating and interactive learning
environment that supports a range of units within the Certificate IV in Property
(Real Estate) qualification. Learners take the role of an employee at the
Virtual Realty Agency, a thriving (metaphorical) agency within Blue Sky City.
Content is provided by means of ‘real-life’ scenarios and situations
in which the learner interacts with Virtual Realty staff and Blue Sky City
residents as they work through the activities in the Toolbox.
The audience for this Toolbox is likely to be mature-aged learners with a
professional background that are seeking a flexible learning option. These
learners may be seeking formal training to meet the educational requirements
for the real estate sales agent licensing process, or specialised training
for upskilling and/or professional development. Because this Toolbox enables
training providers to offer single unit delivery, it is also an excellent
resource for skills recognition and/or needs-based industry specific training
provision.
