Description
This RPL Guide is designed to support, assist and guide RPL candidates through the process of gathering suitable evidence for their portfolio. It includes suggestions for evidence that could be obtained, and helpful information to assist candidates in understanding the performance criteria against which they are gathering evidence. A comprehensive FAQ section is also provided, to answer common questions about the RPL process, and a helpful glossary is also available.
The RPL Guide offers several features to support RTOs in the delivery and practice of RPL, particularly for RTOs servicing clients who are not able to partake in face-to-face RPL processes. Additionally, it can be partnered with the RTO’s copy of the Grange Care Services (602) Toolbox to enable RPL candidates to link to learning resources and content within the Toolbox for any unit/s with which they are having difficulty gathering evidence. A comprehensive Trainer guide is included, to help RPL assessors and trainers to use the Aged Care RPL Guide.
