Description
The Toolbox addresses mandatory units within the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) qualification and represents core skills required by building supervisors and managers who are overseeing building projects, particularly where a solid understanding of structural principles is required.
It will have a wide appeal across the industry to two distinct learning cohorts, existing tradespeople looking to advance their building management skills, and young people (specifically Year 12 graduates) keen to enter the building industry at a supervisory level.
