The principles of communication
Introduction

Communication is more than just telling someone something. It involves the transfer of information and understanding from one person to another. In order for communication to be effective, it must be a two way process.

Communication takes place in many ways. You can communicate using words, symbols, pictures, graphics, voice, tone, facial expressions, clothing and body language.

Most communication is a combination of these elements. By understanding how to use these elements effectively you can improve the way you communicate and achieve the best outcome for any situation.

it without too many inconsistencies, mistakes or misunderstandings.
