Activity - The effect of the labour market on job seekers

For each of the job seekers listed, what is the likelihood of them getting a job within your local area (high, average or low)? Support your answer using data collected from your local market analysis. Discuss your answers with your trainer.

Anne has been working with mainframe computers for a large computer company, but has recently been laid off.
Janine is a single mother with two children who are in primary school. She has limited formal skills, but has helped out in the school canteen and is willing to do kitchen hand work during school hours.
Alison was a primary teacher and taught for 12 years before starting a family. Her oldest child is now 15 and Alison would like to return to teaching.
