Student Guide - competencies addressed by the Fitness Online Toolbox

The competencies addressed by the Fitness Toolbox are listed below. Please note that the toolbox does not cover all of the elements within each of the competencies. The numbered items indicate the elements within the units of competency in the Fitness Training Package on the National Training Information System.

SRFFIT007B Undertake relevant exercise planning and programming

Scenario 1 - Screen clients

Scenario 1 - Prepare clients for postural appraisal

Scenario 1 - Screen Clients
