Report an accident or near miss
Even if we are careful, accidents may still occur.
A near miss is also important to report as we may be able to modify the work activities to make sure that an accident doesn’t happen.
It’s important that you tell your supervisor or boss if there has been an accident so we can investigate what happened. We may need to report the incident to WorkCover or WorkSafe and/or to the insurance company.

Did you know?
Even an injury that looks minor to start with may require treatment in a few days. Write all injuries into the accident register and inform the boss.
