Employees
must comply with safety instructions, prevent injury to others and report hazards.
Contractors
must have a safety plan and follow safety instructions at any worksite they work on.
Employers
must provide a safe workplace, provide training and safety equipment.
Volunteers
are not employees. They cannot claim workers compensation if they have an accident, but they must follow safety directions.
