2. Set up the machine and the band, ready to record

The band have dumped all their gear in the rehearsal room and are taking a short break while you set up. You're almost ready to record; you've connected the microphone and you know how to operate the recording machine.

There's just a few more things to do: you've got to set up the machine for recording by preparing the memory card, power up the machine and position the band in the room.
