Communicating with the production team

Aim:
To understand the importance of establishing an effective relationship with the multimedia production team.

Objective:
This brief reinforces the notion that design and construction and testing are twin pillars in the process to a successful multimedia product outcome. The relationship between the testing team and the design/production team is crucial to this success.

The learner is required to work with their buddy to compose a letter to a (fictional) multimedia production team informing them of their role as product testers.

Check:
1. The learner has worked colaboratively with their buddy. 2. The learner has composed an appropriate letter, that explains the purpose, technique and testing arrangements.

Feedback:
The learners may require additional assistance in literacy/comunications skills, as the letter should be expressed with a high degree of diplomacy.
