Determining testing stages

Aim:
To understand which testing techniques are the most appropriate to use at certain stages in the design and construction phases of a multimedia product.

Objective:
This resource outlines the various stages in the design and production of a multimedia product and identifies the most appropriate testing technique.

It is advisable to utilise a formative testing process (over a summative), but this is not always used (because of resource constraints).

The learner is provided with a design and construction schedule and is required to insert appropriate test techniques into the schedule.
