Considering approaches: user testing

Aim:
To understand the role of using representatative target users in testing multimedia products.

Objective:
This resource introduces the learner to testing using representative target users.

The Sources folder provides some excellent material on user trial procedures. The learner should read the resources provided and then discuss with their mentor the things that may go wrong in a user trial and what remedies they would suggest for these problems.

Check:
1. The learner has discussed user trail issues with their mentor. 2. The learner provides a list of 10 things that could go wrong at a user trail and suggested useful remedies.
