Understanding useability

Aim:
To understand the concept of useability asa guide to testing a multimedia product.

Objective:
Usability has become the key concept for user-centred design. The priciples of useability can be applied when testing a multimedia product.

Jakob Nielsen has articulated these principles (located in the Sources folder) and the learner is to apply these in evaluating three web sites.

Check:
The learner has effectively evaluated three web sites using the usability principles outlined by Jakob Nielsen.
