Making recommendations

Aim:
To make recommendations arising from the findings of an expert or user test.

Objective:
The recommendations are kept separate from the conclusions of the report as they require working out collaboratively with the production team.

The learning sends their Mentor the two test reports, and discusses with them what improvements or changes are required as a result of the test findings and how this can be achieved.

Check:
1. The learner discusses with their mentor the two test Reports. 2. The learner provides a list of recommedations.
