BRIEF 1.1
Forming
a training plan
Aim:
To
ensure the learner sets a plan for their training.
To begin the communication process via email between student and yourself
as trainer.
Objective:
The
learner needs to plan their training. This is important in the online
context, as sometimes learners tend to put assignments off.
The
learner will need to communicate with you via email - to send their first
Report (that has the details of their training plan). It is important
to foster the online communication right from the start of the training,
as this training is very much about communication in a design context.
Check:
The
training plan proposed by the learner will be sent as it is attached in
their Report.
Feedback:
Let
the learner know whether you approve their learning plan.
Remind learners that they can do a number of BRIEFs at the same time.
If there is a seperate assessor, ensure the learner adds their address
to their NETWORK folder.
Assessment:
None
