Specifying technical requirements

Aim:
To specify all the technical requirements.

Objective:
This specification is important as it refers to the capacity of the hardware and software to support the game. If, for instance. it is a web game using Flash or Shockwave, the player needs to know this and have a browser version installed that can handle this requirement. Similarly, thehardware specifications for a CD-ROM need to be made clear: video cards, speakers for sound, etc.

It is expected that the learner work with their Mentor to specify this.

Check:
1. Leaner has conferred with their Mentor. 2. The technical specifications are provided.

Feedback:
Respond to learner inquiries. Encourage mentor contact. The two Briefs in this SET can be done at the same time.
