Creating a board game

Aim:
To use the knowledge gained to this stage and apply it to the design of a board game.

Objective:
The essential components in game-play in traditional games have now been identified and explored, and the learner needs to apply their understanding to the design of a board game.

The objective is to ensure that all the essential elements are demonstrated in the game. The game does not have to be constructed as such, but clear drawings of the board and any assessories (cards or tokens) used must be provided.

The game design is a collaborative exercise, meaning one game is designed between two learners.

Check:
1. That the learner design a board game and that all the essential elements are presented. 2. The learner designs the game with their buddy.

Feedback:
Respond to learner inquiries
