Framing a training plan

Aim:
To ensure the learner scrutinises the full training program, and sets timelines for each SET.

Objective:
The BRIEFS contain the instructions for the learner. They must accomplish each task, as these measure their progress towards achieving competency. However, they can do the BRIEFs within a defined SET in any order. But they will need to do all of them to move on to the next SET. You will need to unlock the navigation to allow them access to the next SET. The assessor will need to let them know how to trigger the next SET as they move through the training program.

Check:
The training plan proposed by the learner is achievable in the timelines they set themselves for each brief.

Feedback:
Let the learner know whether you approve their learning plan.
Remind learners that they can do a number of BRIEFs at the same time. If there is a seperate assessor, ensure the learner adds their address to their NETWORK folder.
