The establishment of the new multimedia publishing operation is a vital step in the further development of ValleyView Publishing, and having the right people is important. A lot of work has gone into determining the best location for the new operation, setting up the office and administrative systems and finding the right staff.

Some people might think that the hard work is over, but you know that making sure staff are appropriately inducted and trained is a vital part of helping staff to work effectively.
