OLS is not only a registered training organisation (RTO) that can tailor courses to the specific needs of a variety of learner groups, but it is also committed to supporting community education programs, such as 'Innovative opportunities for women', 'Writing resumes', 'Making yourself understood' and 'Getting kids turned-on to reading'.
TopA team of outstandingly professional trainers and assessors, with specialisations in an assortment of vocational and industry related subjects such as business management, administration, accounting, enrolled nursing, client services, occupational health and safety and mechanical and automotive engineering, are available to satisfy our clients' needs.
This dynamic, flexible and diverse team is employed on a contractual basis. To ensure our clients receive quality service, our trainers and assessors are mentored by a small band of very dedicated and highly qualified full-time facilitators. Our mentors have both the theoretical knowledge and essential hand-on skills to satisfy learning needs in the face-to-face, online, distance learning, coaching, mentoring and blended learning environments.
