About us

Optimal Learning Solutions (OLS) is a dynamic, vibrant and proactive company with extensive experience in the design, delivery and assessment of effective and quality assured learning programs. OLS has provided these services to a range of public and private sector organisations, such as health providers, marketing companies and small businesses.

OLS is not only a registered training organisation (RTO) that can tailor courses to the specific needs of a variety of learner groups, but it is also committed to supporting community education programs, such as 'Innovative opportunities for women', 'Writing resumes', 'Making yourself understood' and 'Getting kids turned-on to reading'.

Our professional learning team

A team of outstandingly professional trainers and assessors, with specialisations in an assortment of vocational and industry related subjects such as business management, administration, accounting, enrolled nursing, client services, occupational health and safety and mechanical and automotive engineering, are available to satisfy our clients' needs.

This dynamic, flexible and diverse team is employed on a contractual basis. To ensure our clients receive quality service, our trainers and assessors are mentored by a small band of very dedicated and highly qualified full-time facilitators. Our mentors have both the theoretical knowledge and essential hand-on skills to satisfy learning needs in the face-to-face, online, distance learning, coaching, mentoring and blended learning environments.

OLS believes this mix of vitality, flexibility, stability, and expertise gives the organisation the edge over other learning providers and makes us highly competitive in the growing area of education and training.

Learning model and approach	Interlocking building blocks for optimal learning are aimed at creating a learner-centred environment that is both engaging and meaningful, and where learners are encouraged to become active, self-directed and reflective learners who share and interact with others. The building blocks are coloured according to four learning streams - Learning Environment (purple), Learning Design (green), Delivery and Facilitation (dark blue) and Assessment (dark red). These cubes in our logo represent both the flexibility and the interconnectedness of learning, as well as training and assessment.
Corporate identity	The interlocking building blocks of optimal learning form the company's identity as its corporate logo, as featured on all OLS documentation and templates.
