All our trainer/assessors periodically complete professional development (PD) courses. Appropriate courses are selected in consultation with a mentor. |

OLS staff are encouraged to provide feedback to OLS management on policies, strategies and procedures. Feedback forms can be submitted to a mentor or completed online. This feedback is used as a basis for continuous improvement. |
