All certificates are issued by administration after being endorsed by the Regional Manager of Training and Assessment.

Once an assessment has been successfully completed, the "Application for Award" paperwork will be signed off by the assessor and given to the Regional Manager who in turn will sign it and give it to administration for completion.

The Certificate will show the OLS logo and the logo to signal that the qualification is compliant with Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) guidelines for recognition of an endorsed qualification.
