They provide you with practice, and immediate feedback on how well you are learning content related to AQTF Standard 7.2: Induction of New Staff.
Even if you're not new to VET, you need to make sure that you know this stuff. What better way to do it than to play games! Choose the games that appeal to you, or go through the whole set. You can even undertake a full VET induction if you like, and there's also a quick self-assessment so that you check your current level of knowledge in these areas.
